• Clarification on the 2017 First Admission list of the University of portharcourt

You will recall that the University of Portharcourt (UNIPORT) Post UTME examination was conducted or will i say,began on the 25th of September 2017.With the look of things, the exercise was a huge success since there was no complaint from any candidates.

Now here is what’s up. Some portals or individuals are spreading fallacious rumors regarding the merit admission list of the school being released.This is not true.Though candidates can expect the University admission list any moment but you must learn to depend on only official news from the school.

Finally, the University of Portharcourt has released her 2017/2018 merit admission list for successful candidates.

NOTICE ON CHECKING OF ADMISSION STATUS FOR THE 2017/2018 ACADEMIC SESSION

1. Candidates seeking admission in the 2017/2018 academic session should login to the JAMB website , click on CAPS to check their admission status, and click on accept/reject button to either accept or reject the offer.
2. Candidates whose admission status show “not admitted” should keep checking the JAMB website for further updates.
3. Candidates should please note that the Admission List will be published in batches on the University’s website as they are processed. Candidates are therefore advised to keep on checking the university’s website for the Admission List.
4. Those offered provisional Admission should proceed with the Acceptance and Registration processes. The procedure is on the University website.
