Application for the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) Joint Venture University Scholarship award scheme for the 2016/2017.
This is to inform all interested members of the public that the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) Joint Venture University Scholarship award scheme for the 2016/2017 is ongoing and by this notice,all interested members of the public are therefore informed to apply .

Who Can Apply?
The merit-based scholarship is in two categories.
1.) National Merit Award (NM) – This is open to all Nigerians.
2.) Areas of Operation Merit award – For Nigerians who are indigenes of SPDC’s operational area in Abia,Bayelsa,Delta,Imo and Rivers States.
You Are Eligible If You Meet The Below:
– Must be in their 200 Level.
– Have a minimum CGPA of 2.5
– Must be Nigerians.
– Be registered full time undergraduates in an accredited University in Nigeria.
– Have a minimum of 200 scores in UTME.
– Have minimum of five credits at one sitting,including Mathematics and English,In their O/Level.
How To Apply?
1.) Applicants must have a valid email address.
2.)Applications should be done online,visit website via https://www.spdc-jv-scholarship.shell.com/ to apply.
3.)Scanned copies of letters of identification(which must be duty stamped and signed) by:
a) The paramount rules of the community; and
b) The Chairman of the community development or executive council (CDC or CEC) is required of applicants for the Operational Area Awards. The letters should be addressed to the Manager,Social Investment,Shell Petroleum Development Company Portharcourt.
Kindly note that each document is not meant to exceed 200kb and format of the image should remain in JPEG.
Application cloes on wednessday December,20th 2017. No selection test as selection will be strictly based on combined academic performance and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
